A carved and painted tomb figure depicting a squatting man with red painted skin and white painted kilt. Between his legs he supports a tall vase or amphora suggesting that he is depicted in the process of brewing beer or wine.

Servant figures such as this, shown in the poses of various day-to-day labours such as brewing, baking and farming, were placed in tombs to act as servants in the afterlife prior to the innovation of shabti figures.
