A bight blue glazed faience shabti figure with black painted details and inscription for the Chief of the harem of Amen-Re, Tayuheret.

Tayuheret was the wife of Masaharta and daughter-in-law of the pharaoh Pinudjem I.

A mid 20th Century auction lot label on the back “173”. Supplied with an old wood display block (not attached).

Several objects from this collection are now in the Mediterranean Musem, Stockholm, Sweden.
