A steatite scarab decorated with a figure of a kneeling captive, his arms bound behind his back. The scarab is set in an early 20th Century gilt-metal swivel mount with an amethyst crystal handle and has been used as a seal.

Chipping and wear as shown, some red sealing wax attached to the surface
