Possibly a fragment from a Campana relief.

Ex. collection: Sir Nicholas Winton MBE, UK (1909-2015).

Sir Nicholas was an important humanitarian. He was particularly noted for organising the rescue of over 600 children from the Nazis in 1939, part what became known as Kindertransport.
