A moulded pottery oil lamp with a tall suspension handle and flattened back so that it could be hung against a wall. Either side of the spout is decorated with a highly stylised bird’s head, for which the lamp type is known as a “vogelkopflampe”.

Some light surface chipping, mostly around the handle
