A pale green glass jar with a squat body and flaring rim above a drooping fold in the neck. A trace of a spiral line on the body and neck indicates that the surface was originally decorated with an encircling thin spiral thread, now lost.

Intact as shown, areas of multicoloured iridescence
Provenance
Ex. deceased estate, Maidenhead, Berkshire, UK; acquired 1960’s-1970’s. Possibly acquired with other antiquities purchased in Jerusalem or Tel Aviv in May, 1970.
