A bright blue glazed faience amulet depicting the god Nefertum. The god is depicted wearing a lotus flower crown surmounted by a pair of tall feathers. Nefertum was the god of the lotus blossom who emerged from the primeval waters at the beginning of time, he was worshipped as the god of perfume.
