Egyptian 18th Dynasty painted faience shabti for Ly

A substantial green glazed faience shabti figure with moulded features and black painted details and inscription. The shabti is inscribed with four horizontal bands of text as well as a vertical column on the back and further inscription under the foot recording the owner’s name as “Ly”.
A print-out of email correspondence with the British Museum in 2016 accompanies the shabti confirming its authenticity and providing a full translation of the text.
