A hollow moulded pottery plaque depicting the upper part of a goddess with two long hair braids.
Punic, Carthage or Eastern Mediterranean, 5th to 3rd Century BC

One ear and some of the yellow trailing decoration above the forehead lost, a small chip and associated crack under the chin.
Ex. collection: Marion Janner O.B.E., UK. Acquired by her father in London and Israel during the 1960’s-1980’s.
